Dobermann products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, under conditions of usage according to use and maintenance instructions supplied, for 5 years from the date indicated on the batches of production.
The warranty will not be applied if product has been modified, repaired, improperly installed, applied on tires of a different size than the suggested ones, or, in general, if the product has been used wrongly.
The product must always be returned to perform the technical evaluation and together with a copy of the purchase invoice.
After determining the the causes of possible damages of the product and in case the limited warranty is applied, we will proceed with the pro-rata calculation of the grant credit, considering the residual value of the product, to be used for the replacement purchase of a new product.
In case the product under warranty is new, it will be replaced and and we will provide the appropriate administrative documentation.
